Dinner

Last night I really felt like I needed some home comforts. I have moved to a new place in Chiswick and wanted to feel at home.

I walked around the high street and then to Turnham Green which is lovely and I found Natoora. They have the most wonderful fruit and vegetables and I saw these incredible large round Aubergines and decided it was time to make Betinjan Mehshi, which you can find on the app.

It was so good, so last minute and literally hit every spot. Easy to make and full of flavour. I just love this. It literally reminds me of everything good.
