In this class we will learn how to wrap and roll warak. Season the rice and meat. Core the kousa and stuff it and show you how to prepare to cook it with the lamb neck pieces. We will also make a cucumber and mint dip to go with it. The class is 3 hours long and starts at 11 am. 

All ingredients are provided but please bring Tupperware with you to take your items with you as I do not provide them.
