In this class we will learn how to make joke made filo dough stuffed with a minced spiced lamb onion and sumac mixture. We will learn how to roll the dough out paper thin and then stuff it and roll it into the traditional Yaffa style. My teta was famous for hers and known all over Yaffa and ElLyd. 

All classes are non refundable or exchangeable after purchase. You may bring some Tupperware with you if you wish to take food home with you. You wilL Be provided with all you need for your class. 

The classes will take place in SW3 and tou will get exact location after class purchase.
