This class will take place is SW3 and start at 11 am and furnish at 2pm.

In this class we will learn how to make the most delicious Palestinian Sfiha from Yaffa.

We will learn how to make the filo dough by hand. The stuffing which is a mixture of lamb/beef onions and sumac with spices. Then we will learn how to roll and shape the dough and bake them. The best feeling ever.

One of my all time favourite dishes I’ve learnt from my teta Najla who was famous for them in Yaffa.
