In this intimate Supperclub at mine, there will be smaller groups of 20 eating sharing and mixing with each other over delicious Palestinian food. There will be two days of supperclubs. If this one is full please book for the next day.

Aubergine and lentil warm stew with pan fried garlic, and pomegranate molasses, draped in pomegranates

Panko covered Halloumi fries with Gazan shatta chilli dipping sauce

Sumac Marinated large Grilled prawns with Dagga -

Drizzled with raw garlic, chilli, tomato, dill, coriander, lemon and olive oil

Summagiyeh -

Gazan spicy spinach and chickpea stew with sumac

Ful Mudammas -

Smashed broad beans dip with garlic, tomato and spring onions

Salatet baba -

Smashed chilli potatoes with coriander and garlic

A selection of pickles, Labneh and olives will be served in the centre for sharing

Kubbeh Bil laban wa shish barak -

Lamb and burghul patties, and lamb dumplings cooked in yogurt sauce with coriander and Garlic oil
