Qallayet Bandora - chilli garlic pan fried tomatoes with dried mint and plenty of olive oil
Ful mudammas - brown broad bean dip with garlic lemon and cumin topped with chopped parsley, tomatoes and olive oil
Fattet hummus - chickpea and hummu pita tray bake with tahineh lemon and garlic and hint of chilli
Bayd wa batata - fried spiced potatoes mixed into organic Clarence Court scrambles eggs with parsley and paprika
Fattoush - traditional fattoush chopped salad
Watermelon and feta with fresh mint
Betinjan wa Zahra Makli with garlic parley and lemon (fried aubergine and cauliflower) with lemon and Palestinian shatta
Halloumi and feta platter with cucumbers olives tomatoes and fresh mint.
Makdous - small pickled and stuffed aubergines with walnuts, chilli garlic and served in olive oil with bread on the side
Home made Labaneh balls with dried mint, with sumac, with chilli flakes and olive oil

Spicy sujuk puffs - home made spiced sujuk stuffed into puff pastry
