November 16th Supperclub for Gaza
In this intimate Supperclub at mine, there will be smaller groups of 20 eating, sharing and mixing with each other over delicious Palestinian food. There will be two days of supper clubs. If this one is full please book for the next day.
Spaces are limited and tickets are non refundable or exchangeable after purchase.
*All the meat is halal.
Location is in SW3 and full details will be sent after ticket purchase.
Dinner is served at 7 pm so please arrive at 6.30 to take your place.
This is a BYOB event with complimentary champagne and orange blossom with rose on arrival.

Fasoulia Khadra bil zeit-
Slow sautéed green bean with sweet garlic and spicy tomato sauce
Salmon kubbeh nayeh -
fresh raw salmon tartare with bulgar wheat and spices, served with radish and spring onions (recipe from my late friend Greg Maalouf)
Summagiyeh-
Gazan spinach chickpea sumac spicy stew
Halloumi fries with Gazan shatta chillies sauce
Adas wa ruz -
Red split Lentil and rice stew with caramelised onions and parsley drizzled with lemon and shatta
Salatet Fattoush -
Fattoush Salad my way
Salatet A’das wa shamandar wa halloumi-
Beetroot, grilled halloumi and puy lentil salad with preserved lemon salad dressing and parsley
A selection of Pickles, olives and Labneh will be shared in the middle of the table.

Auntie Lamia’s Mussakhan -
Slow roasted sumac chicken served on sumac onions cooked in olive oil on homemade taboon bread
Dessert
Halawet il Jibn -
Sweet sticky semolina and cheese dessert wrapped around homemade cream with orange blossom
