Supper Club

I have been very lucky that i have good friends, some luck with publicity and people who are interested in my work. I have been asked to participate in several supper clubs serving Palestinian food. I have said yes to all of them as i think it is time people knew how wonderful our food is.

Palestinian reality, in Belgium

I stumbled across this the other day and I thought how amazing this was. Based in a very central main European country and town with people from Palestine showcasing first hand their feeling, their experience and their love for Palestine.

My Inspiration....

Growing up my inspiration has always been my mother. She is a strong, loving , charming, Palestinian woman who loves food.

Finally here

Palestine On A Plate has been a long overdue labour of love and from the insistence of my friend Steph, I wouldn't have done this. He pulled this all together and pushed me forward to bring our home cooking to the forefront.
