Supperclub

So I've been lucky enough to have cooked for some wonderful people since i have been a chef. And more so since i have started my Palestine on a Plate Journey. I created a menu that i felt was diverse, and large enough to show some particular favourites of my country and hopefully ones that you will love too.

Among the ruins - GAZA film festival

I just watched a clip of what i thought was an extremely touching, eye opening scene to Gaza and the people living there. The music is beautiful and the people excited to be a part of it. Gaza has had its first red carpet experience, literally. There was a film festival on human rights and nowhere else would this have been more fitting then in Gaza.

Finally here

Palestine On A Plate has been a long overdue labour of love and from the insistence of my friend Steph, I wouldn't have done this. He pulled this all together and pushed me forward to bring our home cooking to the forefront.
